Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is looking for an MEP BIM Coordinator in Dubai. This role involves managing Building Information Modeling for MEP disciplines across various projects in construction. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and significant experience (6-8 years) in BIM coordination, specifically for medium to large-scale projects.

The coordinator will ensure the accuracy of all digital information, manage BIM processes, and lead a team within our growing projects in Dubai. We seek an individual with excellent organizational skills and expertise in key BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in MEP design and BIM coordination.
• Proven experience coordinating BIM for medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM execution plans, LOD requirements, clash detection, and ISO 19650 standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM processes for MEP disciplines across design and construction stages.
• Ensure all digital information is accurate, current, and accessible to project stakeholders.
• Perform clash detection, coordination reviews, and issue resolution across multidisciplinary models.
