Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the commercial pharmaceutical marketplace.
• Proven project management skills.
• Outstanding selling skills and client engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Engage primary care professionals in dialogue about indications and product profiles to support on‑label prescribing.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop local strategy and business plan to meet sales goals.
• Drive sales performance and ensure forecasts and budgets are met or exceeded.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of market and territory demographics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in interactions, samples distribution, etc.
• Maintain excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to disease areas and products.
