Job summary

Abbott in the UAE is seeking a Senior Medical Representative to drive sales growth in the Established Pharmaceuticals division. This role works from our UAE office, focusing on gastro, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/CNS, and respiratory products.

You will organize appointments with HCPs, demonstrate Abbott EPD products, build key relationships, and contribute to aligned sales plans while meeting targets across the assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification in pharmaceutical/medical science.
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the UAE.
• Primary care therapeutic segment experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Organizing appointments and meetings with HCPs.
• Meeting both the business and scientific needs of HCPs.
• Demonstrating and presenting Abbott EPD products to HCPS.
• Building and maintaining a good business relationship with Customer.
• Plan and schedules weekly and monthly timetables for the day-to-day activities with clear KPIs.
• Responsible for an assigned geographic area with corresponding sales performance plan.
• Providing consistencemarket feedback.
