Job summary

Decima International is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support supervision and inspection of electrical installation works on a large-scale project in Dubai, UAE. This site-based role requires strong technical knowledge and practical construction supervision experience to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, safety, and project objectives.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in electrical supervision on large-scale projects.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience supervising electrical installation works on active construction sites.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and coordination across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.
Monitor MV/LV power distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, and related installations.
Conduct and support site inspections for quality, progress, and safety.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams, vendors and project management.
Review daily activities and ensure proper manpower, materials, and equipment coordination.
Monitor progress against schedules and look-ahead plans.
Escalate installation issues, coordination gaps, and safety risks to project leadership.
Support pre-commissioning, testing, energization, and handover activities.
