Job summary

Decima International is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a large-scale Dubai project. The role focuses on supervising and inspecting electrical installations, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project objectives.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in electrical supervision across buildings, infrastructure or mission-critical environments, with strong coordination skills and familiarity with UAE

Qualifications

• 15+ years in electrical supervision or equivalent on large projects.
• Experience on active construction sites with electrical installations.
• Knowledge of MV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, cabling and grounding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day electrical installation activities on site.
• Monitor electrical works and ensure compliance with drawings, specs and safety.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and management teams.
• Support inspections, review test packs, and ensure readiness for handover.
