Job summary

EDGE seeks an Electrical Maintenance Senior Technician to ensure safe, reliable operation of CNC machines, SPMs, and production equipment in a demanding manufacturing environment.

You will provide advanced electrical maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and improve reliability of CNC control systems, PLCs, servo drives, and electrical panels while guiding junior technicians and coordinating with OEMs for maximum equipment availability.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC/automation equipment.
• Experience with CNC control systems, PLCs, servo drives and electrical panels.
• Ability to lead junior technicians and coordinate with OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and associated control systems.
• Lead systematic fault analysis and root cause investigations.
• Diagnose CNC control systems, PLCs, and electrical panels.
• Maintain servo drives, spindle drives, motors, encoders and feedback systems.
• Coordinate with OEMs and contractors to maximize uptime.
• Maintain SAP/CMMS maintenance records.
