Job summary

Redfish solutions ltd is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead design, coordination, execution, commissioning and handover of mechanical systems for complex projects in Dubai.

The role requires 12+ years of MEP experience on high-rise, hospitals, hospitality, or entertainment facilities, along with an UAE driving license and bilingual English/Arabic communication skills. You will mentor engineers and ensure QHSE compliance across execution stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• UAE-approved driving license required.
• 12+ years of MEP experience on high-rise, hospitals, hospitality, or entertainment projects.
• English and Arabic language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination, execution, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, QA/QC, QHSE, and authorities.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Coordinate with authorities and clients (DCD, DM, DEWA, Empower, Emicool).
• Review documents, prepare technical files and submittals; supervise site works.
