Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering expertise in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems design.
• Proven UAE work experience on medium to large-scale developments.
• Ability to design and size ductwork and air conditioning equipment.
• Experience managing foremen, site manpower, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• 6–10 years of experience in the construction field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, fire-fighting systems, and plumbing design.
• Proven UAE experience is mandatory.
• Ability to design and size ductwork and AC equipment.

• A proven track record of completed construction projects clearly mentioned in the CV.
• Hands-on experience in preparing: Shop drawings, Method statements, Material submittals, Material requisitions.
