Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all mechanical works at project sites.
• Review drawings, specs, BOQs, and contracts before execution.
• Prepare work schedules and monitor progress to milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage site engineers, foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, LPG, and other MEP systems meet drawings and specs.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources for productivity.
• Coordinate procurement and timely material delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare RFIs, MIRs, Method Statements, ITPs, and other docs.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and authority approvals.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance, and company standards.
• Review and certify subcontractor work and progress claims.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support close-out activities including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
