Job summary

SHIVATRADE IMPEX PVT LTD in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement Officer – Mechanical & Civil to lead end-to-end procurement for EPC, construction and infrastructure projects. You will manage mechanical, MEP and industrial equipment and coordinate with engineering, project and logistics teams.

The role requires hands-on sourcing, supplier selection, price negotiations, import/export operations and strict adherence to technical specs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on procurement experience for mechanical and civil projects.
• Exposure to international import and export operations.
• Combined Civil and Mechanical procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical, MEP, and industrial equipment for EPC projects.
• Handle domestic and international sourcing, including import and export.
• Identify suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Manage purchase orders, quotations, delivery schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Procure equipment for industrial, factory installation, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and logistics teams for timely material delivery.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
