Job summary

ADRobotics is seeking a Master Planner to own demand planning, S&OP, and the master production schedule. You will convert forecasts into a capacity-aware plan and drive alignment across Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, and the Planner team.

You will lead the MPS and S&OP processes, monitor forecast accuracy, manage macro capacity risks, and ensure the master schedule stays realistic as the business scales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in master scheduling, demand planning or S&OP leadership.
• UAE experience preferred with local demand/supply dynamics.
• Proven ownership of S&OP and translating demand into a master schedule.
• Strong ERP experience for demand planning and master scheduling modules.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and aggregate plan.
• Lead the S&OP process aligning demand, supply, and financial plans.
• Maintain rolling demand forecast and reconcile forecast accuracy.
• Analyze capacity constraints and flag risks to leadership early.
• Direct planners on execution priorities from the MPS and macro plan.
• Configure ERP planning parameters to support accurate downstream planning.
• Report schedule attainment, forecast accuracy, and capacity strategy to leaders.
• Support new product introduction at the macro level with ramp plans.
