Job summary

Precision Group in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Production Planning & Scheduling professional to manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and coordinate with Sales, Production, and Quality teams. The role ensures optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to meet customer demands.

You will maintain accurate ERP data, support S&OP inputs, and drive on-time delivery while monitoring capacity and resource utilization across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging or volume production.
• Experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of quality systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly production schedules in coordination with Sales and Production teams.
• Monitor orders and prioritize based on delivery commitments and resources.
• Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Prepare and release documentation for shop floor planning and control.
• Coordinate with production team to meet delivery schedules.
