Job summary

Arada is seeking a seasoned Project Planner to manage and govern the integrated master programmes across its development portfolio. You will translate master schedules, review baseline plans, monitor progress and deliver robust reporting to safeguard milestones and handover commitments.

Collaborate with Development, Design, Commercial and Delivery teams to align milestones, ensure planning standards, and provide executive dashboards using Power BI and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• PMP, PMI-SP, AACE or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Master Programme Ownership & Governance across the portfolio.
• Develop, maintain and govern integrated master programmes covering design, approvals, procurement, construction and milestones.
• Review consultant and contractor baseline programmes for realism and sequencing.
• Lead planning coordination with Development, Design, Procurement and Construction teams.
