Job summary

AirQ is seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory, and supplier capabilities to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. The role focuses on demand forecasting, material planning, production planning, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination.

You will work closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and R&D to optimize planning processes and KPIs like forecast accuracy and stock availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• APICS/ASCM or similar supply-chain certification is a plus.
• Experience in demand and supply planning in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts balancing customer needs with production capacity.
• Coordinate material planning and inventory to meet production schedules.
• Plan production and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, aging, excess, and obsolescence.
• Perform scenario planning and what-if analyses for risks and mitigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Procurement, Logistics, and QA.
