Job summary

Salt seeks a senior MarTech leader to own the roadmap and governance across Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, Digital Commerce, Data and Technology. You will turn customer data into measurable growth, aligning across brands and markets under one roadmap and reporting to senior digital leadership.

You will build and run a multi-disciplinary MarTech team, manage integrations and vendor relationships, and drive adoption of data‑driven, AI‑enabled initiatives across channels.

Qualifications

• 10–14+ years in MarTech, digital product, CRM/CDP or digital transformation.
• 4–6+ years leading MarTech platforms across multiple brands/markets.
• End-to-end MarTech roadmap ownership.
• Real agile/product chops; vendor/agency management.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year MarTech roadmap across brands and markets.
• Run MarTech as a product with backlog, sprints and releases.
• Own identity, consent and first‑party data activation.
• Oversee automation across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, Web and App.
• Lead APIs, integrations and platform reliability with engineering.
• Own GA4, GTM, server‑side tracking and attribution tools.
• Define KPIs, governance and minimize dead tools.
• Differentiate hype from real AI/Automation use cases.
• Own vendor selection, SLAs and cost savings.
• Build a multidisciplinary MarTech team and align stakeholders.
