Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years of work experience in marketing and advertising for technical products.

Responsibilities

• Represent Marketing in seminars, exhibitions, and training workshops.
• Conduct in-depth market research and compile marketing intelligence on trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
• Identify and assess potential distributors, partners, and agents to build sustainable distribution networks.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget and plan per market; track expenditures and variances.
• Develop marketing materials and campaigns to support product positioning and market penetration.
• Establish KPIs and monitor campaign performance; provide periodic reports with insights and recommendations.
