6-10 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in product management, automation, electrical products, engineering, or a related industry is advantageous.
Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle management.
Knowledge of product positioning, pricing, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Ability to evaluate products and identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience supporting product launches and market development.
Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives and market requirements.
Research customer needs and translate them into suitable product offerings, specifications, and improvements.
Identify new market opportunities for existing and new automation products.
Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, market disruptions, and competitor activities.
Conduct technical and commercial competitor analysis to improve product competitiveness.
Track market pricing and support appropriate product positioning across different markets and sales channels.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Participate in customer meetings, industry events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
Work with R&D and design teams to improve, optimize, and standardize products.
Coordinate product launches with marketing, public relations, management, and relevant internal teams.
Support proposal preparation, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and product availability.
Monitor inventory levels, including excess and obsolete stock, and recommend corrective actions.
Help improve time-to-market while ensuring efficient use of company resources.
Promote awareness and understanding of automation products among internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze product profitability and contribute to pricing and commercial decisions.
Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion into new markets.
