Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Marine Engineering or Equivalent.
• 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in shipping or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control operational activities related to terminal operations to ensure quality of service.
• Allocate daily tasks and duties according to approved roles and responsibilities.
• Set performance goals, schedules, milestones and monitor progress.
• Ensure safety compliance and effective crisis management.
• Direct scheduling and dispatching of terminal resources to align with shipping schedules.
• Provide expert advice on marine issues to support procurement of new equipment.
