Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services seeks an experienced Marine Terminal Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities ensuring safe and efficient services to ships and marine units interfacing with terminal facilities.

Role requires a Bachelor in Marine Engineering or equivalent, 8 years of experience including 5 in shipping or logistics, and strong leadership with a focus on safety and compliance within the Abu Dhabi area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 5 years in shipping or logistics.
• Proven leadership and safety management capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control terminal operations to ensure safe, compliant marine services.
• Allocate tasks and resources to achieve efficient vessel operations and cost control.
• Set schedules, monitor progress, and guide staff to meet department goals.
• Supervise safety practices and enforce regulatory requirements for all terminal activities.
• Coordinate with vessel traffic management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and contingency planning as needed.
