Salt in the UAE is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment function at the head office.

You will manage a 15-person team and own end-to-end recruitment for head office and campus hiring, targeting about 300 hires per year.

The role emphasizes employer branding, stakeholder advisory, data-driven sourcing, and innovative recruitment solutions across the region. You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategy and ensure a strong talent pipeline for growth.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the recruitment team of 15 people and entire talent acquisition strategy.
• Design employer branding and proposition.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple, critical roles across head office and campus hiring. This will be around 300 hires per year.
• Develop and preserve relationships with internal senior stakeholders, offering advise on recruitment solutions and process.
• Acquire the best talent to further develop the efficiency of the company as a whole.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent, billed ATS data integrity, and regularly share updates with internal stakeholders.
• Utilise innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top-tier talent.
• Recognise recruitment enhancement ideas to implement across the region.
