Job summary

Yello is a Dubai-based organization operating in the Education sector, seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment. You will design and implement sourcing strategies, coordinate with hiring managers, and optimize the candidate experience while ensuring compliance with local laws.

In this role you will manage multiple vacancies, leverage recruitment tools, and report on metrics to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition within the Education sector or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
