Huda Beauty is seeking a Senior Global Influencer Marketing Manager to own the vision and execution of its creator strategy worldwide. You will cultivate relationships with top-tier talent and creators, manage the global influencer budget, and lead a team spanning direct reports and in-market influencer functions.

The role requires 10+ years in influencer management in beauty/fashion, a track record of global campaigns, and deep knowledge of both traditional and digital media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in celebrity or influencer management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• Proven success leading large-scale global campaigns and immersive brand experiences.
• Deep knowledge of both classic and digital media landscapes.
• Established network of media and influencer contacts.
• Strong crisis communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Multilingual and global experience is a plus.
