Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr. Manager, SMB Benefits to lead regional partner sourcing and align with the global SMB strategy, driving enrollment and adoption across markets.

You will shape compelling value propositions for small business customers, manage budgets across regions, and negotiate with external partners while working with product, sales and finance to scale the SMB benefits program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Deep PM experience in commercial/B2B payments and SMB software.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define regional partner sourcing strategy for SMB benefits and manage strategic providers.
• Partner with local markets to package, commercialize and drive adoption of benefits.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to define enrollment features and capabilities.
• Develop KPIs and monitor performance for benefit portfolios.
• Educate regional teams to drive client adoption and market penetration.
