Qualifications

4+ years for Manager level or 7+ years for Senior Manager in a comparable role.
Experience within a luxury hospitality group preferred.

Responsibilities

Support active management of hotel/investment portfolio and monitor performance; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Lead or support asset enhancement initiatives (AEI) and repositioning for existing hotels, including market/competitor analysis, business case development, and capital planning.
Conduct investment analysis, financial modelling and valuation for acquisitions, disposals and other strategic opportunities.
Review annual valuations for hotels and investment properties and capital expenditure requests.
Prepare investment papers, portfolio reviews and materials for senior management and approval committees.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of HMA opportunities; perform market/site/competitive assessments.
Support negotiations and deal execution including due diligence, deal structuring and terms; lead approval papers.
