Remote DXB seeks a senior finance leader to oversee financial reporting, controls, and statutory compliance across diversified manufacturing and trading units in Dubai. You will manage monthly closes, GL controls, audits, tax, and IFRS adherence while guiding Shared Services and system improvements to support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates bring a strong track record in financial governance, multi-entity environments, and stakeholder management with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional
• Strong experience in financial control, statutory reporting, audit, and tax
• Experience within a large, multi-entity manufacturing or trading organization
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, accounting governance, and statutory compliance across Foods, Commodity Trading & Crushing, Starch, and Poultry businesses
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Manage general ledger controls and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare statutory financial statements and manage audits and taxation
• Monitor Shared Services performance and ensure compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies
• Support working capital management, hedge accounting, and consolidation
