Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in UAE seeks a Manager to lead the Lending and Financing Corporate Banking Credit Risk function. You will oversee Renewal Without Enhancement and Renewal proposals, assess credit risk data and monitor portfolios to protect asset quality, and collaborate with business units to sustain client relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in banking, including 3 in credit risk, a business/finance degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of banking experience, including 3+ years in credit risk.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in report writing and people management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion and update of credit proposals and renewals for assigned segments under CWIBG, monitoring portfolios and ensuring timely reviews.
• Assess and review presented financial data spreads, conduct trend analysis and ratio analysis, and report on updates to decision makers.
• Review risks (business, financial, structural) to create action plans for mitigation and portfolio health.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure turnaround times and support business development.
• Manage self and team in line with ADCB policies to maximize performance.
• Organise and supervise team activities to achieve targets and deliver the business plan.
