Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Banking including at least 3 years of a Credit Risk-related position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Analytical, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong report writing and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion and update of credit proposals and renewals within approved limits for assigned segments.
• Assess and review presented financial data spreads and conduct/ratio analysis; report on recommended updates.
• Review risks to create action plans for mitigation and maintain portfolio health and revenue.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage queries, status, and timelines (TATs) and support business development.
• Lead self and team aligning with ADCB’s policy and practices to maximize contribution.
• Organize and supervise team activities to ensure targets are met and policies followed.
