Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in Dubai seeks an ambitious corporate banking professional to lead client relationships, acquire new business, and drive profitable transactions for the MENA region.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in corporate banking, a business/finance degree (CFA/MBA/FRM a plus), strong credit skills, and fluency in Arabic; you will assess risk, structure deals, and expand wallet share across the portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of Credit skills, Deal structuring, Balance Sheet Analysis and Key Financial Ratios.
• Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage business through acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships to achieve growth and profitable transactions.
• Acquire new clients, conduct financial analysis and submit accurate credit applications while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Offer existing clients new solutions and cross-sell products to increase transaction volumes and wallet share.
• Review client dossiers to identify needs and ensure timely responses to maintain long-term relationships.
• Conduct client visits, assess risk, and report changes to approving authorities to enable action.
