Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC retail property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition, portfolio management, lease administration, and site selection.
• Proven negotiation, financial analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and commercial leasing practices.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Property Manager to join our Property Division. The Property team plays a critical role in driving business expansion across the Middle East and North Africa, leading the identification of strategic locations, acquisitions, store development projects, fit-outs, and successful store openings.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professionally qualified retail property professional to contribute to the expansion strategy of a leading retail organization. The successful candidate will support acquisitions planning, site selection, lease negotiations, budgeting, and portfolio management while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of property objectives.

With a portfolio of more than 70 internationally recognized brands operating across the MENA region, this role offers exposure to a diverse range of retail concepts, markets, and property projects, providing a unique platform for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, and mixed-use properties across the UAE.
• Support the execution of the company's store expansion strategy through site identification, evaluation, and acquisition activities.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial assessments to identify suitable locations for new store openings.
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and landlord relationship management.
• Monitor property budgets, occupancy costs, service charges, and operational performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on store development, fit-out, refurbishment, and relocation projects.
• Ensure properties operate efficiently and comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with landlords, developers, consultants, and service providers.
• Prepare property performance reports and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail property management, leasing, or real estate experience within the UAE or GCC market.
• Strong understanding of retail property acquisition, portfolio management, lease administration, and site selection.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiations, financial analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and commercial leasing practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
