Job summary

GDIT in Dubai seeks an experienced IT-focused Business Analyst to collaborate with executives, define strategic objectives, and modernize processes. You will develop business cases, partner with Enterprise Architecture, map capabilities, and translate user needs into functional requirements while mentoring junior analysts.

Candidates should have 10+ years, 8+ in IT functional analysis, experience with Agile/Jira, and strong market and financial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years specialized in IT system functional analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic analysis, enterprise planning, or business consulting.
• Strong analytical abilities in market research, financial analysis, and capability assessments.
• Expertise in defining and managing complex business rules.
• Experience using Agile tools and processes, including Jira.
• BS degree in an IT-related field.

• Experience leveraging Generative AI for documenting requirements
• Knowledge of database technologies such as DATACOM, DB2, Azure SQL, and PostgreSQL
• MBA or related advanced degree
