TerraPay Holdings Limited in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior Manager - Business Operations to lead end-to-end operations across the MENA region, ensuring SLA adherence, KPI performance, and governance across partners and transactions.

You will manage incident resolution, risk monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Compliance, Treasury, Product, and Finance, while leading regional teams and driving efficiency and scalability.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or cross-border remittance operations.
• Proven track record in transaction processing, partner management, incident management, and operational governance.
• Strong team leadership experience in dynamic, shift-based environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or French proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret MIS reports and provide actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

Title: Senior Manager - Business Operations

Business Function: Business Operations

Role Purpose

TerraPay is seeking a seasoned operations leader to manage and oversee business operations across the MENA region. This role is critical to ensuring business continuity, operational governance, partner management, transaction monitoring, incident resolution, and team oversight. The Regional Operations Manager will act as the primary escalation point for MENA stakeholders and partners, driving operational excellence and safeguarding TerraPay's reputation in one of its most complex and strategic regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Lead end-to-end operations across MENA, ensuring SLA adherence, KPI performance, and compliance with TerraPay's SOPs
• Transaction Monitoring: Analyze transaction flows, identify anomalies, and ensure timely resolution of operational risks
• Incident Management: Act as the escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal business disruption
• Partner & Corridor Performance: Drive operational performance across payout corridors, strengthening partner engagement and delivery
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Technology, Compliance, Treasury, Product, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations
• Team Leadership: Manage and govern regional operations teams, ensuring accountability, capacity planning, and performance management
• Reporting & Governance: Provide operational reporting, insights, and visibility to senior management
• Business Continuity: Ensure operational resilience and timely risk mitigation across the region

Strategic Leadership

• Support senior management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Lead operational efforts across domestic and international banking partners, especially in the Levant and North Africa
• Drive initiatives to improve customer service, partnership strategy, and business performance
• Champion process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or cross-border remittance operations
• Proven track record in transaction processing, partner management, incident management, and operational governance
• Strong team leadership experience in dynamic, shift-based environments
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or French proficiency is an advantage
