Job summary

CGI Wealth FZCO in Dubai seeks a Business Development professional to originate client opportunities, build relationships and secure consultancy engagements across their expertise. You will manage client relationships, understand needs, propose added services through CGI network, and deliver advisory engagements from strategy to implementation.

The role covers end-to-end project engagement management, cross-referral collaboration, commercial negotiations, CRM usage, and governance to sustain

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience in the chosen discipline.
• Strong analytical, consulting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing clients, delivering projects or leading engagements.
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop professional relationships.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of client needs and business development.
• High standards of integrity, discretion, accountability and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a wider professional framework.
• Experience in UAE or GCC is welcome; international applicants encouraged.
• Professional qualifications such as MBA, CFA, CPA, CA, ACCA, PMP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate consultancy engagements.
• Manage client relationships, understand requirements and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide specialist advisory delivery across management consultancy, M&A due diligence, business transformation and other disciplines.
• Take ownership of project engagements including scoping, planning, delivery, coordination and reporting.
• Collaborate with CGI consultants and partners to develop multidisciplinary solutions.
• Develop client proposals, define deliverables, support negotiations and engage terms through CGI approved processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activity, progress and opportunities using CGI CRM.
• Operate within CGI policies, contractual framework, confidentiality requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Develop own specialist service offering contributing to growth and international reach.
