Arada, a leading property developer in the UAE, seeks an experienced M&A Lawyer to act as strategic legal adviser across GCC. The role leads mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, balancing legal risk with commercial pragmatism.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of law firm or in-house experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with KSA and GCC regulations. Saudi Arabia exposure is highly desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Legal degree with strong M&A and corporate practice.
• At least 10 years of experience in international or in-house settings.
• Proven track record of leading high-value transactions.

Aufgaben

• Lead domestic and cross-border M&A transactions from inception to completion.
• Draft and negotiate SPA, APA, JV, shareholders' and other agreement structures.
• Advise on regulatory implications and post-acquisition integration.
• Coordinate with external counsel and leadership across departments.
• Provide governance and compliance guidance across GCC.
