Job summary

Arada, a leading UAE-based developer of integrated communities, is hiring a senior Mergers & Acquisition Lawyer to lead and support strategic transactions across the GCC from Dubai. You will structure, negotiate and draft key agreements, conduct due diligence and advise senior leadership on risk and governance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in M&A with both international firm and/or in-house experience, strong knowledge of KSA and GCC regulations, and a

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience in M&A, corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in international law firms or in-house corporate departments.
• Independent management of high-value cross-border deals.
• Strong knowledge of GCC regulatory framework, especially KSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and cross-border M&A transactions from inception to completion.
• Structure, negotiate and draft SPA, APA, JV and related agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and advise on risk mitigation.
• Provide corporate governance advice across jurisdictions.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Monitor regulatory developments and compliance with competition laws.
• Collaborate with external counsel, financial advisors, and regulators.
• Support senior leadership on growth initiatives and post-acquisition integration.
