Job summary

Arada in Dubai is seeking an experienced M&A Lawyer to serve as a strategic legal advisor handling mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings across the GCC. The role requires managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and advising senior leadership on regulatory implications and risk.

Experience in the KSA and broader GCC is highly desirable; you will collaborate with external counsel and internal teams to enable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience with emphasis on M&A, corporate, and commercial law.
• Experience handling cross-border transactions and advising executives.
• Proven capability to draft and negotiate complex transaction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and cross-border M&A deals from start through closing.
• Draft and negotiate SPAs, APAs, JV agreements, and related documents.
• Advise on regulatory implications and post-acquisition integration.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
