Arada is seeking an experienced M&A Lawyer to act as a strategic legal advisor across the GCC, leading mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. The role requires balancing technical legal expertise with commercial pragmatism to support senior leadership on growth initiatives.

Experience in KSA and broader GCC is highly desirable, with responsibility for drafting and negotiating a broad range of transaction documents, regulatory compliance, and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Master's Degree (LLM) is an advantage.
• 10+ years of legal experience with a significant focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Commercial Law.
• Experience working in both international/multinational law firms and in-house within a large corporate or multinational organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead domestic and cross-border M&A transactions from inception through completion.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft transaction documents (SPA, APA, JVAs, Shareholders' Agreements, Subscription Agreements).
• Conduct and oversee legal due diligence and identify transaction risks.
• Advise on transaction structures, regulatory implications and post-acquisition integration.
• Coordinate with external counsel, financial advisors, investment bankers, and regulators.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
