Job summary

Simba Talent is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer with deep Linux, DevOps and cloud expertise to support enterprise customers in the Middle East. The role is fully remote, UAE time zone preferred, with occasional travel to Dubai/Abu Dhabi.

You will interact directly with customers, resolve complex issues, and contribute to development projects, including AI-related work. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on experience, strong Arabic fluency, and solid Linux administration

Qualifications

Fluent Arabic – essential.
Strong Linux expertise – essential.
Approximately 10 years relevant technical/support experience.
Experience with DevOps and cloud technologies.
Kubernetes knowledge, with relevant certification highly desirable.
Background in Linux/System Administration, infrastructure, DevOps or similar.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level technical support to enterprise customers.
Troubleshoot complex Linux, cloud and infrastructure issues.
Work across Linux, DevOps and cloud environments.
Contribute to technical development projects, including AI-related work.
Work directly with customers to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with engineering, development and commercial teams globally.
Undertake occasional travel across the Middle East.
