Job summary

Halian in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) is seeking an experienced DevOps engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience to support live production environments. Immediate joiners based in the UAE are required, with a focus on end-to-end CI/CD ownership across UAT and Production.

You will deploy and manage Terraform modules with remote state, provide Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes production support, and automate tasks using Bash and Python.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience supporting live production environments.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD with end-to-end ownership of deployment pipelines across UAT and Production.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, including modules, remote state management, state locking, and production implementations.
• Strong Linux administration, Docker, and Kubernetes production support experience.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Bash and/or Python.
• Practical experience leveraging AI/LLMs within DevOps workflows, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve live production environments with 6+ years of hands-on DevOps expertise.
• Own end-to-end deployment pipelines across UAT and Production.
• Develop and manage Terraform modules with remote state and state locking for production deployments.
• Provide Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes production support and optimization.
• Automate tasks with Bash and Python scripting.
• Integrate AI/LLMs into DevOps workflows and CI/CD processes.
