Job summary

ElevenLabs, a remote-first AI company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to architect integrations, craft technical demos, and build self-service resources that empower our customers and sales teams.

You will engage directly with customers, identify scalable patterns, and apply deep technical knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.
• Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support.
• Identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Strong technical background to help customers architect integration between our solutions and their existing solutions.
• Experience working with customers; student clubs or side projects allowed if technical.
• Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of software development, architecture, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work with technical contacts from customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and work with product teams to realize them.
