Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a Lifting Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years Gulf experience to oversee lifting operations on heavy industrial, construction, or offshore sites in the UAE.

The role requires strong load planning, crane and rigging coordination, and adherence to safety standards. Immediate joiners preferred; candidates must hold a Mechanical Engineering qualification and a certified lifting operations credential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Gulf-experience in lifting supervision or related field.
• Valid Lifting Operations certification (LEEA/IPAF) or equivalent.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with cranes, hoists, and load planning.
• Immediate joiners; eligible for onsite UAE roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifting operations in accordance with safety protocols and company standards.
• Develop and implement detailed lifting plans considering load weight and center of gravity.
• Direct crane operators, riggers and signalmen with clear instructions.
• Conduct pre-lift inspections of equipment and accessories; ensure operational integrity.
