Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior lifting operations specialist to oversee selection and maintenance of lifting equipment, ensuring safety and compliance in high-risk environments. This role focuses on developing comprehensive lifting plans and leading risk assessments for complex operations.

Candidates must have 5–7 years of hands-on lifting experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industry, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and a valid LEEA or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• LEEA certification or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on lifting operations experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection operation and maintenance of lifting equipment to ensure safety standards.
• Develop and implement lifting plans for complex operations with risk assessments and method statements.
• Conduct inspections and certifications of cranes, hoists, slings, and lifting gear to ensure integrity.
• Provide expert technical guidance and supervision to site teams on safe lifting practices and procedures.
