Job summary

J10 Consulting FZ LLE seeks an experienced Lifting Supervisor in Dubai to manage on-site lifting for a major mid-rise project. You will supervise cranes, riggers, and operators, ensure safety, compliance, and proper documentation.

Role requires 3+ years lifting supervision on large builds, with knowledge of UAE standards and the ability to coordinate with site management for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have recognised lifting operations certification.
• UAE driving licence is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of certified lifting supervision experience in construction.
• Extensive crane, hoist, rigging experience.
• Familiarity with UAE lifting safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site lifting operations for safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor equipment condition; ensure inspections and servicing.
• Lead a team of riggers and crane operators; provide training.
• Develop and approve detailed lifting plans and configurations.
• Coordinate lifting with other site activities to minimize disruption.
• Document incidents; lead investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain lifting permits, licenses and inspection records.
