Job summary

Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team for high‑rise building construction projects in the UAE.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor with construction companies in the UAE
• Proven experience on high‑rise building projects
• LEEA certification is mandatory; valid Lifting Supervisor certification if applicable
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging, cranes, lifting plans and UAE safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills
• Ability to ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with project and HSE requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site
• Ensure compliance with approved lifting plans, method statements and HSE procedures
• Conduct pre‑lift inspections, risk assessments and toolbox talks
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, engineers and site management
• Monitor lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient execution
