Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in leasing coordination, shopping mall operations, commercial administration, or another similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support new deals, renewals, amendments, holdovers, and terminations through preparation of proposals.
• Manage end-to-end deal setup and approval workflow across CRM.
• Prepare and deliver reports and trackers with high accuracy.
• Liaise with various internal stakeholders to ensure timely progression of transactions.
