Job summary

Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) seeks a senior Leasing Manager to support the Director in implementing leasing strategies and targets within the DHCC ecosystem. The role requires overseeing day-to-day leasing operations, investor due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will drive occupancy, build relationships with investors, conduct market research and financial feasibility analyses, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Development to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Director in implementing leasing strategies and annual plans.
• Manages day-to-day leasing operations and investor due diligence.
• Drives leasing targets and revenue, tracking KPIs.
• Builds relationships with current and potential investors.
• Supports market research, financial feasibility, and business cases.
• Oversees after-leasing support and tenant relationship management.
• Liaises with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Development to ensure aligned contracts.
• Monitors market developments and recommends improvement initiatives.
• Reviews leasing processes and dashboards for efficiency.
