Job summary

TalentOne seeks an experienced Lean & Productivity AVP/Manager in the UAE to lead enterprise-wide Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence and productivity initiatives across functions. You will drive process efficiency, waste reduction, TAT improvement and cost optimization, coaching leaders and ensuring sustained improvements with data-driven decision making using Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean/Operational Excellence initiatives across functions.

• Conduct Gemba walks, process diagnostics, VSM, Root Cause Analysis and Kaizen.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements.

• Drive improvements in TAT, productivity, cost and service quality.

• Implement daily management systems, visual management and standard work.

• Develop SOPs and governance frameworks.
