Talent One Employment Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lean & Productivity AVP/Manager to lead enterprise-wide Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence and productivity initiatives across functions.

The role requires proven hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, A3, Standard Work), with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred for senior profiles; strong stakeholder and change management skills and experience with process mining and BI tools are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, process management or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence or Productivity Improvement.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide/large-scale Lean transformation projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies: Kaizen, VSM, 5S, A3, Standard Work.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred for senior profiles.

Role Summary

We are looking for experienced Lean & Productivity professionals to lead enterprise-wide Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence and productivity improvement initiatives. The role will drive process efficiency, waste reduction, TAT improvement, cost optimization and sustainable continuous improvement across business functions.

MANDATORY Skills:

8–10 years of experience in Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Productivity Improvement.

Proven experience leading enterprise-wide / large-scale Lean transformation projects.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies, Kaizen, VSM, 5S, A3, Standard Work and Root Cause Analysis.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt certification preferred/strongly required for senior profiles.

Strong experience in productivity, TAT, process efficiency, cost reduction and performance improvement.

Experience conducting Gemba walks and end-to-end process assessments.

Strong stakeholder management and change management experience, including working with senior leadership.

Experience with process mining / BPM / workflow automation / digital Lean tools.

Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capability.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Process Management or related field.

Preferred

• Insurance, Healthcare, Banking/Financial Services or another regulated industry experience.
  
• Experience with Celonis, Mindzie, Signavio, ARIS, MEGA HOPEX or similar process/BPM platforms.
