Senior Lean & Productivity Leader – AVP/Manager

Job summary

Talent One Employment Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lean & Productivity AVP/Manager to lead enterprise-wide Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence and productivity initiatives across functions.

The role requires proven hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, A3, Standard Work), with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred for senior profiles; strong stakeholder and change management skills and experience with process mining and BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, process management or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence or Productivity Improvement.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide/large-scale Lean transformation projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies: Kaizen, VSM, 5S, A3, Standard Work.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred for senior profiles.
• Experience with process mining, BPM, workflow automation and digital Lean tools.
• Strong stakeholder and change management experience with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean / Operational Excellence / Productivity Improvement initiatives across functions.
• Conduct Gemba walks, process diagnostics, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen.
• Identify bottlenecks, capacity gaps, waste and opportunities; implement sustainable solutions.
• Drive improvements in TAT, productivity, SLA, throughput, cost and service quality.
• Implement daily management systems, visual management, tiered huddles and standard work.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps and governance frameworks.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean methodologies and structured problem solving.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement with senior leadership.
• Utilize Power BI / Tableau, process mining, dashboards and workflow automation to improve visibility.
• Track and demonstrate measurable business benefits like productivity gains and cost savings.
