Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Estimator to analyze architectural plans, surveys, and client specs to prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape and pool projects. You will quantify materials, labor, and equipment, and prepare detailed tender documents with BOQs and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management and at least 5 years of estimating experience, with proficiency

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in landscape/engineering fields required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive estimating experience in landscape and pool construction.
• Experience reading architectural/engineering drawings and specs.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze architectural plans, site surveys, and client specifications to develop cost estimates.
• Quantify materials, labor, and equipment for landscape features, hardscapes, irrigation, and pools.
• Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services.
• Prepare tender documents with bill of quantities, cost breakdowns, and project schedules.
