Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a procurement and estimation professional in Dubai to manage BOQs, cost estimation, supplier quotations and material sourcing for luxury landscaping projects.

You will review drawings and specifications, coordinate with project managers and suppliers, and develop cost-saving strategies while maintaining price databases and ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in estimation and procurement.
• UAE experience in landscaping, construction or contracting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
• Good understanding of landscape materials, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation and water features.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good supplier negotiation and communication skills.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and commercially minded.
• Experience with luxury residential projects preferred.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
